Refund policy

At Ventora, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

 

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been used outdoors or under load.
  • It is in new, resalable condition with all original parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The return request has been approved by our customer support team before shipping the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Lawn mowers or power equipment that have been used to cut grass or operate outdoors.
  • Products that contain fuel, oil, or other fluids.
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
  • Products returned without their original accessories or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
